Our database stores only the last four digits of your credit card to complete the verification and approval process.

Vietnamevisa.org uses e-mail to notify our members or clients about changes in the status of their applications, changes in the database, on our web site, or when new services or features are added. As part of the service, Vietnamevisa.org may send e-mails notifications whenever there are special discounts, new products added, or new features developed. Our e-mail list is confidential and is never sold or given to third parties.

7. Change or Modify Your Information

In the case, you would like to change your information, please contact us by email, then we will instruct you if you can modify your information or not.

• In the case, your Visa booking is in pre-processed status, you are able to modify.
• In the case, Your Visa application is under process or is completed, you cannot modify.

Processing time

Processing time is the time for processing your e-visa and sending the result to your registered email. The processing time is based on the processing time frame provided by the Vietnam Department of Immigration (the agency directly handles your Vietnam visa application and issues your e-visa): 8.00 am – 10.30 am and 13.30 pm – 15.00 pm (GMT+7) (except for Saturday, Sunday and national holidays). Under normal circumstances, it takes 2 working days (normal processing) or faster (based on the rush services you choose) starting immediately if your application and payment are delivered to us within the above stated time frames OR starting from the next working day/shift otherwise, to return e-visa to your registered email.

In special cases, additional documents or confirmations may be required and processing time may be longer than usual. In such cases, we will inform you by email.

Vietnam Department of Immigration may delay and/or deny the visa processing without any explanation. Vietnamevisa.org has no responsibilities for any delay, cancellation, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing with both reasons from Vietnam Department of Immigration and you. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded in case of delay or denial.

Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any loss, delay or cancellation of your flight ticket, tour or accommodation booking made for your trip to Vietnam in case your visa application is declined by the Vietnam Department of Immigration. In this case, we will refund you the full amount paid for our service.

Normally, it takes 2 working days to process an approval letter, however, there are also exceptions, and delay due to unforeseen problems since the process is highly dependent on the Vietnam Department of Immigration. We strongly recommend that you apply for a visa at least 1-2 weeks in advance to avoid any problems.

Vietnam e-visa is issued separately for each application, however, in some cases (in high seasons and urgent processing requests), it is issued on a shared basis for all applicants who apply for a visa at the same time or same date of arrival based on the Immigration Department sole decision. If you have special request for separate letter of approval, please select Private Visa when applying, then the e-visa will show your name and your Immigration information only.

Please note that we also reserve the right to refuse to any visa requests.

Date format: MMM DD, YYYY - Jun, 12th 1980 (day-month-year)

Time Zone: Vietnam standard time - GMT +7

Working days or Business days: All week days except Saturday and Sunday.

Working hours: 8.00 AM to 16.00 PM every working days.

Multiple / Single entry: Multiple is interpreted as multiple entries, not multiple applicants.

Multiple entries mean you are allowed to enter / exit Vietnam multiple times within a given period of time (1, 3 or 6 months). For example: 6 months multiple entries visa means - you are allowed to enter / exit Vietnam multiple times from the intended date of arrival provided plus 6 calendar consecutive months.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Vietnamevisa.org reserves the right to decline processing of your visa application for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be given.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your service before you make payment of service fee, you can do so without any charges and penalties even in case you do not inform us.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your service before your visa application was changed to status of “processing”, you can do so without any charges or penalties via email or phone. In such cases, a full refund will be given. If for any reason you wish to cancel your service after your visa application was changed to status of “processing”, no refund will be given, and the service will be completed.

No refund will be given once your e-visa was approved by Vietnam Immigration and was delivered to your email. No cancellation and no refund will be made in case you decline to get a e-visa containing incorrect details caused by mistakes from your side. We strongly recommend you check your visa confirmation letter against your passport and personal information prior to departure.

All the fees will be refunded in case your application is declined and depending on card issuers, the refund process may take 30-45 working days.
