PROCESSING TIME
The processing time for Vietnam visa approval letter by Vietnam-visa.com is 2-3 working days (normal processing) or 1 working day (urgent processing) except Saturday and Sunday and Public holidays. The processing time should be started to calculate from the next business day after the documents and the payment are delivered to us. We will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to the Governmental denial or delay in processing.
You agree to notify us if you do not receive the letter of approval within 2-3 working days. Sometimes our message to you may be spam-filtered by your email system. We will not be responsible for loss or delay due to the fact you provide us with wrong email address or you do not notify us in case you do not receive the letter within 3 working days.
FEES AND PAYMENT
You agree to pay all fees and charges for the service offered by VietnamEvisa.org (including "service fee" and "stamping fee"). Requirements and fees related to the processing of Vietnam visas is subject to change, including, but not limited to, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance, which are subject to change without notice.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The Vietnam Immigration Dept runs a no refund policy on all Vietnam visas as they charge for work done and not per granted visa, it is therefore important that should you wish to cancel your visa application with VietnamEvisa that you contact us immediately to prevent any unnecessary cost being incurred. Once an application for an Approval letter has been made by us with the Immigration Dept we are unable to reimburse you the visa fee.
It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required for your requested visa at the time of your intended departure. VietnamEvisa cannot be held responsible for any visa granted incorrectly or refused entry due to incorrect visa information. Though every effort will be made on our part to correct any visa issues prior to departure, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied at the time of issue. We strongly recommend that you check your visa confirmation letter against your passport and personal information prior to departure.
REFUNDS
All the fees will be refunded to your account in case your application is declined by the Immigration Dept.
EXCEPTIONS
This visa or visa on arrival works for air travel only, so by applying through our website, you are agree that you will be flying to Vietnam. We will make NO refund in case you DO NOT travel to Vietnam by air (flight) once the letter of approval is issued.
