  1. Do I need a visa to Vietnam?

    Only citizens of certain countries can visit Vietnam without Vietnam entry visa. Those countries include: most citizens of ASEAN countries are no need Vietnam visa for visit Vietnam within 30 days; citizens of Korea, Japan & Scandinavians (Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland passport holders) are no need Vietnam visa for visit Vietnam within 15 days. All other citizens are required to get Vietnam entry visa.
  2. What is "Visa on arrival"?

    This is the simple and easy way to obtain your visa. Also very cheap and reliable. No embassy/consulate chase down. No passport delivery, no consulate fee, no return mail fee, emergency processing (within 24 hours) and the like prior to your trip, and is a valid alternative when applying for a tourist visa. The entry visa will be stamped on your passport as you pass through our immigration checkpoint. Though valid for thirty days, it can be extended once you enter Viet Nam. With this type of visa, you only can enter the country by air.
  3. How "Visa on arrival" works?

    We obtain what is called an “Letter of Approval ” for you from the Viet Nam Immigration Department in Ho Chi Minh City. After we obtain the approval for you, we will forward you a copy by fax or email. Copies of the same document will be forwarded on your behalf to Vietnam immigration checkpoints at International Airports only, so that when you arrive in Viet Nam, the Immigration officers will have those documents on hand and will be able to issue your entry visa expediently.
  4. How long does it take to get the "Visa approval letter"?

    Normal processing takes around 2 working days (Urgent service is available within 6-12 business hours) after receiving your payment.
  5. How much is the fees?

    This service requires 2 fees to be paid:

    1. Service fee: payable in advance by credit/debit cards to get your visa approved in advance.

    2. Stamping fee: payable in cash (USD - VND) directly at Vietnam airport to get your actual visa on your passport.

  6. How can I pay for your service?

    We offer online payment by all major CREDIT CARDS AND PAYPAL. Otherwise, Western Union and bank transfer are also acceptable.
  7. How about my fee, if my application is declined?

    You will be refunded of 100% in case your application is declined.
  8. What do I need to prepare after receiving the letter of approval?

    After getting your "Visa approval letter" from us, please make sure you prepare all the following needful before leaving for Vietnam:

    • Print-out of your Visa-Approval letter.
    • A passport valid for at least 1 month from your date of exit out of Vietnam.
    • Passport should have at least one blank page where the Visa sticker can be placed.
    • Cash US$ to pay for the Visa Stamping Fee at Vietnam airport (US$25,- for single entry, US$50,- for multiple entry visa).
    • 2 recently-taken photos with regular passport size.
